BMA Enterprises, Inc. provides an off-site backup solution to small to medium size companies looking for increased protection of the valuable data stored on your computers.  This solution helps when accidential deletion occurs or when computers fail.

The backup process is simple. Below are the steps that are taken for a normal company setup:

1. Every evening, a copy of all specified files are backed up to a server that is placed in your office by BMA Enterprises, Inc.
2. Every night, the backup on the server in your office is synced with the last backup at our office. This process occurs over a secure (encrypted) connection so no one can read the data that is being copied.

Normally, the there are 5 backups from your office for each day of the week (Monday - Friday).  This solution provides better protection than a single backup.  If a file gets corrupted or lost, you have a week to realize the problem and recover the backup.
